So far we've been mostly heating up leftovers from the night before for breakfasts. We haven't gotten any sort of routine down with the GF eating so far and I really (REALLY) hate baking - always have - so as much I can tell myself that there are all these great GF muffins and so on... the reality is I'll never actually get myself to make them LOL.

(Breakfast this morning: leftover wild rice & steamed broccoli with a chopped up hard boiled egg and some thai seasoning - a little odd perhaps but it did the job)

This is a big adjustment for you guys. I'm grateful I don't have to feed my kids a gf breakfast, but I often do. I like to make muffins the night before and have them ready for the a.m. I often add fruit and nuts to them. I've tried cooking grains in the crock pot overnight, but mine is too hot and the grains end up being way too mushy.
